The entrepreneur is engaged in the production of homemade jams and other traditional sweets with a records a steady increase in sales. They will utilise the grant to procure production and processing equipment in order to increase the production capacity, improve the quality of products and create one new job. The entrepreneur will be conducting corporate social responsibility activities that include the donation of products to the local school and holding workshops for school children on the traditional methods of food preparation.

Improvement of the electronic system for the issuance of building permits through the provision of a back-up server, which will enhance its stability and availability for over 6,500 users that benefit from it every day. Server and network equipment were procured through the project, as well as necessary licences. The aim of this activity was to contribute to the creation of a more favourable business environment by improving the efficiency and transparency of the e-government and, ultimatively, to new investments. At the same time, citizens’ trust in institutions, as well as the quality of services that are being offered through the e-government will also be enhanced.

All five LSGs - Čačak, Arilje, Lučani and Požega and Gornji Milanovac, located in Western Serbia Tourism Region will improve the current services and activities and optimally use existing resources to promote and market local touristic potentials. Additionally, agriculture and rural development, communal infrastructure and property management remain priority sectors for all five LSG partners.

The reconstruction of Sports and Culture Centre in Požega will include the replacement of joinery which will improve energy efficiency, renovation of the stage and provision of modern equipment, while the main entrance will be made accessible to people with disabilities. This will create conditions for the development and promotion of culture and sports and increase number and quality of the events and manifestations organised in Požega. Within good governance activities, the Rulebook on the use of the facilities and equipment will be prepared and adopted.

The project is directed towards developing a Strategic marketing plan which aims to highlight the tourism potentials of Zlatar and Zlatibor and surrounding municipalities in Zlatiborski and Moravički District(Priboj, Prijepolje, Sjenica, Uzice, Arilje, Bajina Bašta, Požega, Kosjerić and Ivanjica)
