The goal of this project is to help the export of 40 SMEs from the area of Western Serbia (regions: Podrinje, Mačva, Kolubara) to the Hungarian market while learning about their needs and possibilities. The project will also organise and host a visit by the Hungarian delegation to the entrepreneurs from Serbia aiming to facilitate networking and increase trade potential. Likewise, having in mind technical obstacles and barriers in the area of export, the project intends to enable the certification of potential exporters to the Hungarian market by upholding ISO and other international standards necessary for export.

The entrepreneur engaged in food (bread, pastry and cakes) production will replace old equipment with the new fully automated one resulting in increased production. New types of products are also planned as well as opening of the new store. The production currently employs seven workers while resulting job creation is three immediate posts and additional three within a three-year period. The proposed CSR activities envisage donation of the products and provision of funds for four local sport clubs, association "Vuk Karadžić", donation of laptops for preschool and meals for children from socially vulnerable families.

Improvement of the electronic system for the issuance of building permits through the provision of a back-up server, which will enhance its stability and availability for over 6,500 users that benefit from it every day. Server and network equipment were procured through the project, as well as necessary licences. The aim of this activity was to contribute to the creation of a more favourable business environment by improving the efficiency and transparency of the e-government and, ultimatively, to new investments. At the same time, citizens’ trust in institutions, as well as the quality of services that are being offered through the e-government will also be enhanced.

The GIS project will generate, now absent, integrated database in the four LSGs - Loznica, Krupanj, Ljubovija and Mali Zvornik. In addition to joint inter-municipal application for tourism, the separate applications for risk prevention and public property management will be developed in Loznica, while Krupanj, Mali Zvornik and Ljubovija will develop public infrastructure application.
