Harnessing the Power of E-Commerce for SME Growth and Resilience
With the support of the EU through the EU PRO Plus programme, the Business Development Centre Kragujevac enhanced the digital capabilities of SMEs through the project "Power of E-Commerce for SMEs Growth and Resilience." Fully EU-funded with 43,862 Euros, the project provided training and mentorship to 26 enterprises, of which 17 established their own online stores.
The EU through EU PRO Plus programme supported business support organisations (BSOs) across Serbia allocating a total of 672,654 Euros to back the projects focusing on digitalization, marketing, resilience, greening, internationalisation, standardisation, and financial instruments. By enhancing SME competitiveness and resilience, the programme helps them recover from the pandemic and thrive in new markets, demonstrating a strong commitment to local business development and economic growth in Serbia.
