The plastic (ALU and PVC doors and windows) production enterprise will procure PVC welding, cutting and cleaning machines and set up a new production line in order to expand production volumes resulting in significant cost effectiveness benefits. The production currently employs one worker while resulting job creation is two immediate posts and an additional three within a three-year period. The proposed CSR activity envisages donation in replacement of old joinery on the premises of the Football club from Orašje.

The fruit and vegetable processing enterprise will procure a new line for juice production, labelling machine and fruit and vegetables processing equipment resulting in further business expansion, higher productivity and efficiency. The production currently employs three workers while resulting job creation is two immediate posts accounting for the seasonality of the production. The proposed CSR activities envisage organising workshops for people with disabilities, donations of products and financial support to the Association of people with disabilities and to the local volleyball club for the procurement of sports equipment.

The Detailed Regulation Plan should enable faster economic development of the municipality and shorten the procedure for selecting an adequate location for domestic and foreign investors, particularly those engaged in agriculture production. Through the development of the plan, covering an area of 60ha, the Working zone Stajkovce and Gložane should receive infrastructural equipment and provide conditions for business operation of 50 small and medium-sized enterprises that can employ 1,000 to 1,500 new workers.

Improvement of the electronic system for the issuance of building permits through the provision of a back-up server, which will enhance its stability and availability for over 6,500 users that benefit from it every day. Server and network equipment were procured through the project, as well as necessary licences. The aim of this activity was to contribute to the creation of a more favourable business environment by improving the efficiency and transparency of the e-government and, ultimatively, to new investments. At the same time, citizens’ trust in institutions, as well as the quality of services that are being offered through the e-government will also be enhanced.

Employment: Enhance employability of 20 Roma men and women between the ages of 20 and 40 through vocational trainings for various occupations.

The assistance will include, trainings for APG management and Study tour to one of the European Union countries

Developing policies and / or administrative regulations addressing vertical coordination and communication between the LSGs and government institutions

The project is to be implemented in partnership with NALED and the Ministry of Construction, Transportation and Infrastructure, and implies yrainings and mentorship support for LSGs and PUCs, recommendations for internal improvements, support for upload of planning documents amd obtaining inputs that can facilitate policy improvements.

Detailed Regulation Plan industrial zone Vlasotince

The Dog Shelter will be bi-municipal asset (Vlasotince and Bojnik), and represents a rare case of inter-municipal cooperation. Animal control in the said municipalities is a serious issue, which results in significant costs for both LSGs for paying damages to citizens that got bitten by stray dogs. The project has potential for a serious GG intervention (manage of the facility, ownership aspects, costs and risk division etc. animal rights etc.).

The project covered the establishment of a system for waste water treatment. Moreover, 35 new users were connected to the new sewage, with the tendency of increase.

The building of the National Library was reconstructed and restored to its original appearance from the XIX century. Seven employees were trained in the Cobiss System. IT equipment and furniture was installed. In 2013 four books were published, as well as several articles in the field heritage protection. A municipal almanc was also established. A new annual business plan with the new systematisation of the emloyees was adopted.
