The enterprise is engaged in shoemaking - both everyday as well as footwear for special purposes - anatomical slippers, sandals, clogs, diabetic and arthritis shoes. The grant will be utilised to procure new equipment, sewing machines and a compressor station. This will lead to the immediate creation of ten new jobs and another 20 employees in the long term. The enterprise will be conducting corporate social responsibility activities that will include the donation of orthopaedic shoes to persons with diabetes and persons with disabilities from the local community.

The enterprise manufactures furniture for schools, pre-schools, kindergartens, offices and restaurants. The products are made of pressed beech veneer and solid wood and are being sold in Serbia, Sweden, Macedonia and Croatia. The grant will be utilised to procure machines for cutting plywood and mediapan and CNC machines for 3D wood processing in order to increase the production capacity and improve the quality of products. This will lead to the immediate creation of two new jobs and another six subsequently. The enterprise will be conducting corporate social responsibility activities that will include the donation of tables, chairs and cots to the local kindergarten, donation of school benches and chairs to a local school and cabinets and chairs to the local Health Centre.

The fruit processing micro enterprise will procure a new freezing machine to increase production and efficiency. The production currently employs six workers while resulting job creation is three immediate posts and additional two within a three-year period. In addition, the support will improve the capacity resulting in the better positioning on the market. The proposed CSR activity envisages financial support to the socially vulnerable category of population in Pčinjski district, orphan children and socially disadvantaged families.ket.

The technical documentation developed for the utility infrastructure in the industrial zone in Vladičin Han will regulate the conditions for construction and enable the local administration to offer plots to new potential investors, thus creating new job opportunities for its inhabitants.

Improvement of the electronic system for the issuance of building permits through the provision of a back-up server, which will enhance its stability and availability for over 6,500 users that benefit from it every day. Server and network equipment were procured through the project, as well as necessary licences. The aim of this activity was to contribute to the creation of a more favourable business environment by improving the efficiency and transparency of the e-government and, ultimatively, to new investments. At the same time, citizens’ trust in institutions, as well as the quality of services that are being offered through the e-government will also be enhanced.

The reconstruction of the Centre for Cultural Activities, Tourism and Librarianship in Vladičin Han, including heating and ventilation systems and extension of the library area, will provide the necessary conditions for the organisation of various cultural events, while improving its energy efficiency will contribute to reducing the running costs and enable savings to be further invested in culture. Through the implementation of good governance principles, the Rulebook for the use of the premises will be developed and the participation of inhabitants in the creation of cultural policies in the municipality will be increased.

Improving social inclusion of the Roma population through five pronged approach. First aims at reduction in school drop-out rates and higher interest of children in advanced education. Second envisages provision of information about the importance and mechanism of housing legalisation. Third focuses on economic empowerment of families through engagement in agriculture. Fourth and fifth prong work on improved awareness of the importance of prevention in health care and better availability of social protection measures respectively.

Pilot project "Take Care" ("Arak tut " in the Romany language) implemented by YUROM Center aims to prevent fire out brakes and raising safety of inhabitants in 22 Roma settlements. The project includes implementation of fire safety measures in Roma settlements and launching of awareness campaign among settlements' residents, as well as advocacy for increase of fire safety through mobilization of relevant national and local institutions.

Economic empowerment of women from vulnerable groups in Vladičin Han and Trgovište through their engagement in sustainable agricultural production. Providing financial means to 16 women in order for them to equip and start their businesses in the field of agricultural production.
