The Detailed Regulation Plan will provide planning conditions to start infrastructural equipping of the Zone, including the design, construction and development of sewerage, the ring road and the network of streets, thus enabling access to each parcel and issuing construction permits. This will create conditions for attracting investors.

The development of technical documentation for the phase II irrigation distribution system, which covers 300 ha, when constructed, will bring water to 80 producers in the villages of Vinča and Plaskovac. It should also create conditions for an increase in agricultural production and sales, since the irrigation system will ensure continuous quantity and quality of produce to small family owned fruit-growing enterprises from the municipality, which will be able to increase their market share at domestic and foreign markets and create new jobs.

Improvement of the electronic system for the issuance of building permits through the provision of a back-up server, which will enhance its stability and availability for over 6,500 users that benefit from it every day. Server and network equipment were procured through the project, as well as necessary licences. The aim of this activity was to contribute to the creation of a more favourable business environment by improving the efficiency and transparency of the e-government and, ultimatively, to new investments. At the same time, citizens’ trust in institutions, as well as the quality of services that are being offered through the e-government will also be enhanced.

GIS project will develop specialised spatial and urban planning applications to allow for evidenced based planning and decision making, improvement of public infrastructure, attraction of investments, tourism development, and more effective and efficient protection of social assistance users.
