The entrepreneur engaged in production of metal products (agricultural machines) will procure a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machine and equipment for cutting and bending of sheet metal in order to increase quality of products, reduce waste, speed up production and enable expansion of product range. The production currently employs two workers while immediate job creation is one new job and additional three within a three-year period. The proposed CSR activity envisages servicing and disinfection of air-conditioning equipment in local kindergarten and donation of equipment for field marking to the local football club.

Through the development of the Detailed Regulation Plan, the present constraints for existing businesses in industrial zone related to, inter alia, the requirements for better utilisation of the construction plots, will be resolved and conditions for potential new investors in the Jugbogdanovac Industrial Zone will be provided.

Improvement of the electronic system for the issuance of building permits through the provision of a back-up server, which will enhance its stability and availability for over 6,500 users that benefit from it every day. Server and network equipment were procured through the project, as well as necessary licences. The reconstruction of the school building in the Balajnac settlement, including the installation of pellet heating system to improve the energy efficiency, will significantly improve teaching conditions for 26 employees and the quality of education for 213 school and preschool children, out of which more than half (116) come from the Roma community. Furthermore, through implementation of good governance principles, Roma children and parents will be actively involved in the education process and extra curricula activities.

Developing policies and / or administrative regulations addressing vertical coordination and communication between the LSGs and government institutions

The project is to be implemented in partnership with NALED and the Ministry of Construction, Transportation and Infrastructure, and implies yrainings and mentorship support for LSGs and PUCs, recommendations for internal improvements, support for upload of planning documents amd obtaining inputs that can facilitate policy improvements.
