The entrepreneur is engaged in the entirely customised and tailor-made design and production of machines and systems for automatic production. IT equipment for the production of the prototypes of industrial pellet burners will be purchased through the grant, which will lead to the immediate creation of four new jobs and another 20 subsequently. The corporate social responsibility activities the entrepreneur will be implementing include the donation of a wood pellet furnace to local organisations in need.

The enterprise produces custom made solid wood and medium-density fibreboard furniture. The subject of investment is procurement of dust and ventilation equipment in order to increase production and create one new employment immediately and one other in the long term. The enterprise will conduct corporate social responsibility activities that include the donation of furniture to the local elementary school and science club, as well as financial donations to the local cultural society.

The project aims to increase the awareness of SMEs in the Moravica, Raška and Zlatibor districts on digital transformation, facilitate application of strategic approach in planning digital transformation of SMEs, create a platform for inter-sector cooperation between ICT and other industries and provide technical expertise to run the process.

The food (confectionary) production enterprise will procure professional equipment for automatic washing and sterilization of production moulds, water softener and wire baskets resulting in a production capacity increase which is presently at 4,000 cakes per day. The production currently employs approximately 14 workers while resulting job creation is five immediate posts and additional ten within a three-year period. The proposed CSR activity envisages donations of their own products for the local tourist manifestations, kindergartens and a scholarship for high school students related to the food industry.

The wood (furniture) production micro enterprise will procure a painting chamber and Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machine resulting in an increased production capacity, product quality and revenue growth. The production currently employs four workers while immediate job creation is two new jobs and additional two within a three-year period. The proposed CSR activity envisages donation in furniture to the village Primary School and in cribs for children to the village kindergarten.

The food (baked goods) production entrepreneur will procure new baking equipment to increase quantity and introduce new products. The production currently employs two workers while resulting job creation is two immediate posts and additional four within a three-year period. The proposed CSR activities envisage donation of company products to Primary School in Donja Trepča and donation of products and sponsorship of children chess competition organised by Chess Clubs from Gornja Trepča and Čačak. Additionally, in cooperation with the Centre for Social Work, company's products will be donated to two socially vulnerable families.

The metal (machine parts and tools) products processing entrepreneur will procure a new Computer Numerical Control (CNC) lathe that will enable increase of production capacity, and bring competitive advantage in terms of product quality, and quantity while creating jobs. The production currently employs two workers while immediate job creation is one new job. The proposed CSR activity envisages equipping children's playgrounds in the "Zračak" Institution and Special school from Čačak with seesaws, swings and other equipment.

The paper (cardboard boxes) production entrepreneur will procure a new automatic cardboard cutting and bending machine in order to expand production to small packaging boxes that accounts for only 20% of output. The production currently employs two workers while immediate job creation is one new job. The proposed CSR activity envisages donation of equipment to the kindergarten that would improve the working conditions and environment for children.

The development of technical documentation for the new Science and Technology Park in Čačak will create technical conditions for the facility construction to be funded by the Government of Serbia. The facility will provide space adequate for the functioning of IT companies and related academic and business associations, whilst boosting the capacity for innovation and developing partnerships between all stakeholders.

Improvement of the electronic system for the issuance of building permits through the provision of a back-up server, which will enhance its stability and availability for over 6,500 users that benefit from it every day. Server and network equipment were procured through the project, as well as necessary licences. The aim of this activity was to contribute to the creation of a more favourable business environment by improving the efficiency and transparency of the e-government and, ultimatively, to new investments. At the same time, citizens’ trust in institutions, as well as the quality of services that are being offered through the e-government will also be enhanced.

All five LSGs - Čačak, Arilje, Lučani and Požega and Gornji Milanovac, located in Western Serbia Tourism Region will improve the current services and activities and optimally use existing resources to promote and market local touristic potentials. Additionally, agriculture and rural development, communal infrastructure and property management remain priority sectors for all five LSG partners.
