The objective of the project is to improve the competitiveness, sustainability and resilience of 20 SMEs in Pčinjski district, including start-up companies within the incubator, through adaptation of green economy and innovating practices for sustainability and resilience.

The entrepreneur producing furniture plans to procure eight sewing machines to start the in-house upholstery process and complete the production cycle in order to increase productivity and reduce production costs. As a result five new jobs are to be created adding to the existing ten. The CSR activity envisages donation of furniture to homes for orphans and elderly.

The entrepreneur processing fruit and vegetables plans to procure three pieces of equipment for the preparation and production of ajvar to improve quality of product and introduce new products. As a result one new job is to be created adding to the existing one. The CSR activity envisages donation of park benches and equipment for children's playground to local public park as well as planting of ten trees.

The entrepreneur engaged in tailor made furniture production plans to procure a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) wood cutting machine and a drill to improve the productivity, the quality of products and introduce new ones. As a result two new jobs are to be created adding to the existing two. The CSR activity envisages donation of furniture to the local school or social institution.

The enterprise engaged in cosmetics production plans to procure new equipment in order to improve the quality, efficiency and production technology by implementation of innovative solutions for packaging. As a result two new jobs are to be created with additional three positions planned in the long term period. The CSR activity envisages donation of cosmetic products to the sports and humanitarian associations.
