Reconstruction of the primary school "Gornja Jablanica" in Medveđa (3,527 m2) built in the 1980s to improve energy-inefficiency and create better working and learning conditions in the school building. The project entails the replacement of joinery to increase energy efficiency by 30 percent and benefits over 300 pupils of the subject school, but also students of the "Stanislav Binički" Music School from Leskovac, and students of the special department of the School for Primary and Secondary Education "11th October from Leskovac” and over 50 employees.
