The strategy for the development of the urban area of the city of Loznica covers the territory with significant natural and cultural heritage, among others, the protected cultural property Tršić – Tronoša and Banja Koviljača spa. The Chemical Industry "Viskoza" encompases 140 ha of a significant brownfield potential, and is located between the center of Loznica and Banja Koviljača, whose regeneration will create a fully connected urban area of the central city zone and Banja Koviljača.
