The strategy for the development of the urban area of ​​the city of Loznica covers the territory with significant natural and cultural heritage, among others, the protected cultural property Tršić – Tronoša and Banja Koviljača spa. The Chemical Industry "Viskoza" encompases 140 ha of a significant brownfield potential, and is located between the center of Loznica and Banja Koviljača, whose regeneration will create a fully connected urban area of ​​the central city zone and Banja Koviljača.

Enhancement of recreational facilities and emergency preparedness in Lagator by repurposing space for a new bowling alley, social and recreational activities within a Youth Club, and a Civil Protection Centre. The project includes infrastructure improvements, first aid training, and youth workshops, aiming to train 80 first aid trainers and engage 3,000 youngsters. Benefiting approximately 78,000 residents, this initiative seeks to invigorate the city’s sports offerings and strengthen community safety and emergency responsiveness.

Development of a Master Plan for the revitalisation of Loznica's "Viskoza" factory area, aiming to create a sustainable, community-focused urban space. The project involves stakeholder collaboration and promises benefits for 70,000 residents and 40,000 tourists annually.
