The objective of the project is to improve resilience and competitiveness of 150 SMEs manufacturing industry (food processing, wood processing, metal processing, chemicals, textile, clothing, leather, and footwear) in the Jablanički and Pčinjski districts mitigating the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The food (organic fruit) processing entrepreneur plans to procure a fruit drying chamber in order to increase production capacity and introduce new products. As a result two new jobs are to be created adding to the existing two. The CSR activity envisages donation of products to associations for helping children with developmental disabilities.

The enterprise producing food (baked goods) plans to procure a professional gas stove with an industrial oven to improve productivity and meet growing market demands. As a result two new jobs are to be created adding to the existing six. The CSR activity envisages the free meals for the pupils from vulnerable groups, flour donation and reconstruction of the local kindergarten.

The enterprise processing metal (stainless steel) and producing equipment for chemical, food and pharmaceutical industries, plans to procure a CNC fibre laser for cutting to improve business, increase productivity, accelerate the production process and improve quality of metal processing. As a result one new job is to be created adding to the existing two. The CSR activity envisages donation of ten pieces of 80-litre chrome containers for the needs of the vulnerable rural population, ten 80-litre chrome boilers for the needs of foster families and a donation of a cauldron for melting fat and preparing ajvar or jam, to the National Kitchen.

The entrepreneur engaged in wood (carpentry) processing plans to procure an edgebander and two edgebander accessories. As a result two new jobs are to be created adding to the existing two. The CSR activity envisages the donation of their own products to the oncology and children department in the local hospital.

The entrepreneur engaged in pallets production for the construction industry plans to procure three machines (a forklift, a bucksaw, a sawmill) in order to increase production capacity and introduce new products. As a result two new jobs are to be created adding to the existing two. The CSR activity envisages donation of equipment for children's playground in a rural area.

The enterprise engaged in metal processing (repair and overhaul of the engine head) plans to procure an angle grinder machine in order to improve the repair service. As a result one new job is to be created adding to the existing five. The CSR activity envisages financial donation to the humanitarian organisations in the area of Leskovac.

The enterprise engaged in developing software modules for its customers plans to procure various computer equipment to improve its services. As a result five jobs are to be created adding to the existing eighteen. The CSR activity envisages organising IT boot camp for members of vulnerable groups to prepare them for a career in the IT sector.

The general medical practice plans to procure medical devices (apparatus for diagnostics of cardiovascular disorders, monitor of vital functions, vein detection device, ultrasound with three probes) to increase the range and quality of services. As a result three new jobs are to be created adding to existing two. The CSR activity envisages provision of health check services to the beneficiaries of the homes for the elderly and adults, the associations of citizens suffering from multiple sclerosis and to the dystrophy association.

Medical practice plans to procure an ultrasound device, a thermocautery, a surgical table and a surgical reflector. As a result two new jobs are to be created adding to the existing one. The CSR activity envisages greening up of the playground of primary school in the rural area, and equipping it with mobiliar.
