Objective: Contribution to the growth and development of micro and small enterprises (MSEs) in the regions of Šumadija and Western Serbia and Southern and Eastern Serbia
Total indicative budget: Three million Euros of which two million Euros is allocated for enterprises engaged in production, and one million Euros for those providing services.
Amount to be awarded per individual project: From 10,000 to 40,000 euros for companies registered for production activities, or from 10,000 to 30,000 euros for enterprises registered for the provision of services. In both cases, a minimum co-financing of 20% of the project value is required, i.e. 15% for enterprises from municipalities that are in the fourth category of development.
Eligibility Criteria: Entrepreneurs, micro and small enterprises registered between 1 January 2016 and 31 December 2020 in one of the local self-governments included in the Programme that are engaged in production and provision of services including Information Technology, architectural and engineering services, health care and social protection services, tourism related services, maintenance and repair services.
Scope: Procurement of new equipment and introduction of services for enterprises will contribute to the improvement of their production and market potential, job creation while increasing the resilience of enterprises to recover from the negative impact of the Covid-19 pandemic.
Corporate social responsible activities that contribute to local communities are a mandatory part of all project proposals approved for funding.
